As part of building the company, Science Properties has recruited Susanna Ideberg as a Real Estate Developer. The recruitment takes place at an early stage, as the company establishes its organisation and develops its first projects with a strong connection to research and innovation.

Susanna Ideberg brings extensive experience in real estate development and has worked with complex projects in knowledge-intensive environments. Most recently Science Village Scandinavia AB, where she played a central role in driving several detailed development plans as well as a planning programme. Prior to this, Susanna has held leading roles on the client, contractor and consultancy side, and also has international experience. She has broad expertise spanning the entire development process, from early strategic phases to implementation. She has a proven ability to lead projects in complex environments with many stakeholders and high demands for coordination, and her background provides her with a strong overall understanding of the real estate development value chain – from strategic direction and business development to design and execution of complex projects.

“Susanna has a very strong and highly relevant profile for Science Properties, with deep expertise in planning and development issues in research-oriented environments. Her experience from the Science Village development, combined with her ability to drive complex processes in both early phases and execution stages, makes her a key person as we establish and develop the company. She brings both strong execution capabilities and a solid understanding of the requirements in this type of knowledge environment,” Christian Lindfors, CEO of Science Properties, says.

In her role, Susanna Ideberg will work with the development of detailed plans and the execution of office and laboratory environments that support research, innovation, and collaboration between academia and industry.

“It is highly inspiring to contribute to the development of a place where research, business, and society meet. Through a holistic approach to real estate development, we can create qualities that complement the existing structure, strengthen the knowledge ecosystem, and enable new meeting places and destinations,” Susanna Ideberg says.

Through the recruitment of Susanna Ideberg, Science Properties strengthens its capacity to develop innovative and sustainable environments in close collaboration with research, industry, and society, laying an important foundation for the company’s continued establishment.
