ALFA Development is an innovative urban and residential developer originating from the Danish company of the same name. Both share a strong commitment to creating the best possible conditions for people and nature in every project. The mission is to challenge the industry and raise the standards of the built environment.
The company is already active in Brunnshög, where it is constructing 52 homes using innovative building methods that optimize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact throughout the building’s lifecycle. This new commercial initiative complements the residential development and reinforces ALFA Development’s holistic approach to urban growth.

About the Founders
Science Properties was founded by Andreea Kaiser and Ludvig Find, entrepreneurs behind the award-winning Danish developer ALFA Development, together with Christian Lindfors, who brings extensive experience from the Swedish real estate sector.
Together, they are expanding ALFA’s holistic development philosophy into the world of science and innovation — creating environments where research, collaboration, and sustainable design converge.
Their shared vision is to build the foundation for the next generation of scientific progress.

About ALFA Development
ALFA Development is a family-owned urban and residential developer active in Sweden since 2018 through its sister company, ALFA Development AB, primarily in the Skåne region. Projects include Kajkanten in Limhamn with over 200 homes and a joint venture in the Kalcium project.
Currently, ALFA Development AB is developing Tegelwik, a joint venture project on Södermalm in Stockholm with Besqab.
